We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager III (Senior) based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves managing all aspects of project lifecycle from definition to implementation, maintaining a balance between scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
The successful candidate will be adept at effective communication, stakeholder management, and project planning.
Responsibilities:- Drive project milestones and develop project plans
- Establish an effective communication strategy with the project team and key stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day direction of project resources
- Implement effective change management throughout the course of the project
- Prepare and maintain documentation, status reports, and budgets
- Utilize specialized knowledge of Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- Ensure project quality measures are met
- Demonstrate leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Show strong negotiation skills and take appropriate action on customer accounts
- Manage end-to-end project schedules and financials
- Apply experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project management
- Display strong leadership skills and effective communication. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish are required.
- Proven experience in documentation and report writing is necessary.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
- A strong background in planning and project planning, including setting and tracking milestones, is needed.
- Familiarity with budget processes is required.
- Quality control experience and strong leadership skills are necessary.
- Excellent and proven negotiation skills are required.
- Experience in implementation processes and dealing with stakeholders is crucial.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is necessary.
- Experience in change management and decision-making in a project setting is required.
- Effective communication skills, including being a strong communicator, are vital.
- Familiarity with Assertion Markup Language is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Visio is desirable.
- The ability to produce clear and concise status reports is essential.
- Experience in stakeholder management is required.
