Responsibilities
Responsibilities will span across various HR functions, including onboarding, reward and retention programs, training, employee development, apprenticeship programs, and the development of job descriptions. Will work closely with employees, managers, and the HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environemnt that fosters growth and development.
