We are searching for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of corporate training initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

Your expertise in program management, portfolio management, and change management will be critical to delivering effective learning and development solutions. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of corporate training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Utilize Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database management to drive organizational change and development.
  • Apply Agile Scrum and Budget Processes knowledge to manage and coordinate projects effectively.
  • Employ excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Leverage your expertise in Change Management to drive organizational change and development.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for various project management tasks and to maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor project progress and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Ensure all projects align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. • Proficient in Atlassian Jira for managing and tracking tasks and projects
  • Experience with Cisco Technologies for network management purposes
  • Knowledgeable in Cloud Technologies for data storage and retrieval
  • Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for managing customer interactions
  • Ability to manage and manipulate databases
  • Experience with the About Time software for time tracking and management
  • Knowledge and application of Agile Scrum methodologies in project management
  • Proficient in managing budget processes
  • Experience in implementing Change Management processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
