Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate Computer Engineering degree program at an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3.0 Grade Point Average (GPA)
- Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
- MatLab, Python, or C/C++ experience
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design concepts
- Experience in reviewing and evaluating design calculations and data from an engineering perspective
- Must be able to execute, test, and evaluate software applications
- Technical writing skills to be applied in preparing manuals and design documentation
- Interpersonal skills that augment performance within a team environment
- Professional communication skills to include interaction with engineering team members and management in informal and formal settings
Description:
SRC's Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity for college students to obtain meaningful work experience through on-the-job training assignments.- Take an active part in the design, development, integration, and testing of site projects
- Provide engineering support for technical problems and recommend a course of action
- Assist senior engineers on complex problems, as assigned
- Report individual and group project status
- Develop and present a summer capstone project to division leadership
- May work across multiple programs in both a team environment and independently to perform their assigned tasks
