Litigation Associate Product Liability

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their growing litigation group. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral associate who is eager to be part of a dynamic team in the Los Angeles office(link removed)>
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in California (required).
- 2-4 years of substantive experience in product liability, mass torts, and/or commercial litigation(link removed)>
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.
- Confident in taking and defending depositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defend clients in complex product liability lawsuits across various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, and telecommunications(link removed)>
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and/or discovery expert motions, in state and federal courts.
- Manage discovery processes, including depositions, document production, and expert witness preparation.
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $195,000 to $220,000, depending on experience, in accordance with Californias Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act.
