Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to improve the sales funnel, drive product sales, grow market share and improve customer retention; Set and manage all aspects of digital marketing for all owned and third-party marketing channels; Oversee all aspects of email marketing including but not limited to list building, newsletters, promotional sales, creative and copywriting; Create, optimize and manage all product lifecycle campaigns; Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings; Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets; Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities; Develop department goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the teams work; Provide mentorship, guidance and direction to direct reports, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance; Analyze forecasting data to improve business decisions; Effectively confer with internal stakeholders including but not limited to product, web services, sales, finance, customer success and human resources to accomplish work activities; Keep up-to-date technically and use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems; Meet high quality standards for service and customer satisfaction by identifying and supporting the needs of key external stakeholders (i.e. nonprofits, analytic, design, market research service providers, regional and affinity associations) emphasis; Create a well-developed sales funnel encompassing all of Candids tools & services to drive customer product conversions; Establish and maintain a high conversion content marketing strategy; Responsible for continuous product training and feature enhancement announcements; Manage the user help content to create a seamless onboarding experience and improve user retention; Monitor user engagement levels to optimize retention and upsell opportunities.

Approximately 2 weeks of U.S. domestic travel per year to attend conferences and professional development seminars.

Four (4) years of experience in marketing campaign management. Experience must include: Developing and building acquisition and retention strategy to drive growth in revenue, market share and users [4 years]; Managing marketing campaigns end to end: strategy, developing concepts, executing in appropriate digital and traditional channels and measuring performance [4 years]; Managing promotional spend budgets and/or product margins [4 years]; Executing and managing highly targeted data insight driven campaigns in subscription-based organizations to drive NPS improvements, awareness, and education [4 years]; Setting requirements and run research analysis projects to support data driven marketing strategies [4 years].

U.S. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or foreign equivalent.

$236,038 - $260,038/year
