About the role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager, Process Improvement to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency within our telehealth organization. In this role, you will focus on improving processes that directly impact patient care, provider support, and overall system performance.

You will work cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process enhancements, and drive measurable improvements in our telehealth services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Telehealth Process Improvement Projects: Manage initiatives aimed at streamlining telehealth operations, from patient onboarding and scheduling to provider workflows and platform utilization
  • Analyze and Optimize Workflows: Evaluate telehealth service delivery processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and pain points
  • Implement Scalable Solutions: Design and implement process improvements that support growth, scalability, and exceptional patient and provider experiences
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Define KPIs related to patient satisfaction, provider efficiency, platform performance, and operational effectiveness, and track improvements post-implementation
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Work closely with clinical teams, IT, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless integration of new processes
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Maintain adherence to industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and quality standards when redesigning workflows
  • Drive Change Management: Support organizational adoption of new processes through clear communication, training, and change management strategies
  • Utilize Technology and Tools: Leverage telehealth platforms, analytics tools, and project management software to improve efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or process improvement roles, preferably in telehealth, healthcare, or health tech
  • Knowledge of telehealth technologies, healthcare workflows and industry compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Proficiency in project management and process mapping tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient/provider workflows in a telehealth setting
  • Proven track record of managing process improvement projects and implementing scalable solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in related field
  • Certification in Lean, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and/or TPS
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and executive teams
  • Capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
