education: High School

• Requires ability to handle clerical work such as responding to emails and scanning documents.
• Requires ability to communicate professionally verbally and via email with Client Representatives, Production Team, and Management.
• Requires frequent interaction and collaboration with members of our team.
• Role will be responsible for communicating job instructions to production, which will require the use of excel, databases, and various systems.
• Actively participate in departmental process improvements or key projects that improve quality and increase productivity.
• Time Management Skills; Ability to meet target dates and work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask.
• Effectively and efficiently resolve issues and inquiries in a timely/professional manner that are escalated by Production Operations and Client Services.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 4 hours at one time
• working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
