Job Description
  • Assist in managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior superintendents to oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Supervise subcontractors, ensuring that they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections and report on progress, potential issues, and any changes that may arise.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and meeting notes.

The Successful Applicant
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial or retail construction or a related field.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification is a plus, but not required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required.
