We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English-Customer Service-Worksite Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is within the insurance industry and will involve addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing detailed policy information, and supporting policyholders with insurance product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer service inquiries and concerns in a detail oriented and amicable manner
• Support policyholders by providing detailed information about policies statuses and insurance product information
• Respond to policyholder inquiries regarding claim service and intake related issues
• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues
• Contribute to APV revenue by sending transfers to the sales team
• Handle claim intake for policyholders
• Maintain quality, handle time, auxiliary time after call work, and other KPIs in line with departmental standards
• Provide feedback to leadership, support process improvements, and understand organizational objectives
• Participate in partnership training and mentor entry level representatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in supervising teams and demonstrating leadership skills
