Our client in Cleveland is seeking a talented professional like you to be a vital part of their team! With over 5 years of experience, you’ll provide critical support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring smooth and efficient legal operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Offer outstanding client service by greeting visitors, managing meetings, and handling calls with professionalism and ease.
• Provide administrative support to the litigation team and occasionally assist with other practice areas.
• Uphold confidentiality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while responding to urgent requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for court personnel and attorneys, gathering information and resolving issues.
• Draft and review documents to meet the firm's high standards.
• Monitor and adhere to deadlines with precision.
• Process payments and reimbursements efficiently.
• Organize and maintain client contacts, emails, and correspondence.
• Communicate professionally, including transcribing dictation and drafting documents.
• File documents electronically with courts.

• At least 5 years of experience in litigation legal assistance within a law firm or similar legal setting.
• A thorough understanding of the litigation process and court procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, and iManage is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex documents and resolve issues effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
