Financial Business Analyst

Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Financial Business Analyst to support our entertainment client on a 6–8-month remote project starting immediately. The Financial Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for assisting with a large-scale OneStream implementation, and will assist with the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the transition from EPM to OneStream, providing technical insights based on prior practical experience.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architect from OneStream for advisory and governance, providing functional expertise and guidance.
• Partner with SI for seamless delivery, challenging and enhancing proposed solutions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and ensure they align with the system's proposed configuration.
• Work closely with Oracle, challenging the proposed solutions and ensuring the design is an optimal fit for the business.
• Actively engage in the design phase, working with technical teams and business units to guarantee functional requirements are understood and met.
• Work towards concurrent go-live, providing functional expertise to ensure a seamless transition.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Demonstrated FP& A and Oracle experience.
• Prior experience in OneStream with a strong understanding of the design is preferred.
• Proven experience working with EPM.
• Experience working with Hyperion.
• Strong business requirements understanding with the ability to connect it to the proposed solution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience documenting processes.

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Fusion background would be a plus
