MAJOR FUNCTION:
This associate will be primarily responsible for production tooling setup, troubleshooting equipment failures, electro-mechanical repairs, and on-going equipment preventative maintenance. Additional responsibilities to include light tooling fabrication, and facility maintenance as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1: Performing equipment preventative maintenance and electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair/installation including but not limited to: air-line repairs, hydraulic repairs, removal and rebuild of components, electrical wiring and replacement, belt changes, welding broken parts, etc.
2: RF machine tool setups3: Light to moderate fabrication of machine parts/tooling as needed.
4: Assisting with facilities maintenance.
5: Record all PM activities, repairs, and setups in PLEX.
6: Attend company sponsored trainings and outside educational opportunities as assigned and approved by management.
7: Assist engineering and quality as needed with trial setups and qualifications.
8: Work as a team with fellow associates.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1: High School diploma or GED2: Vocational training/Associates degree or finished Apprenticeship preferred, but not required.
3: At least 5 years prior experience in a maintenance or fabrication/machine tool industry.
4: Able to troubleshoot/work with hydraulics and pneumatics.
5: Familiar with manual lathe/mill operation.
6: Able to use a multi-meter effectively.
7: RF Experience
8: Leadership experience preferred.
