IT Director

Salary: Up to $190,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee IT operations, systems, hardware, and network equipment.
• Develop and implement IT policies to ensure system stability, uptime, and compliance.
• Manage IT vendor relations, licensing, and budgets effectively.
• Evaluate and optimize applications for improved functionality and efficiency.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
• Design and execute strategic IT projects, including upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other industry-specific compliance standards.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Foster trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in an IT management or director-level role, preferably in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Hands-on experience improving cybersecurity postures and delivering employee awareness training.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows servers, networking, and data management systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, or a related field preferred (equivalent work experience considered).
• Skills: Excellent communication, strategic project management, and vendor management capabilities.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and other regulatory standards.
