Front End Developer

The User Experience team at Sears Holdings is looking for a front-end developer with at least three years of experience (and a great sense of humor) to join our close-knit group of Web professionals. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly hand-code clean HTML and CSS from Photoshop comps and wireframes and have a basic understanding of interaction design and user-centered design methods and practices.

Our team is made up of a motivated group of developers, information architects, Web designers and other creative types who work hard every day to improve the user experience at Sears.com, Kmart.com and other Sears Holdings sites. If you’re a front-end developer with professional experience collaborating with design and development teams on large-scale projects and you like to laugh — or at least enjoy being around others who like to laugh — then we’d like to talk to you right away.
