Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure safety standards and protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, accuracy, and quality control.
• Implement and continuously improve warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle employee relations and team building to create a motivated and productive workforce.
