Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the system.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to address customer questions and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their concerns.
