We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Herndon, Virginia. As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that involve both customer service and administrative duties.
Responsibilities- Assisting with various tasks to support employees as needed
- Greeting and directing employees upon their arrival at the office
- Utilizing your experience with Microsoft Office and other basic IT equipment

- Proficient in answering multi-line phone system.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Acquainted with data entry tasks.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Experience in organizing files and maintaining records.
- Familiarity with the real estate and property industry is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
