- Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Site Supervision: Assist in overseeing daily construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant- 2+ years of commercial construction experience
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field
- Knowledge of relevant construction programs
- Estimating experience is a plus
- Extremely competitive base salary (75-85k) based on experience
- 2.5+ weeks PTO
