• Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that the project progresses according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, construction workers, and other personnel to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure it meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to address delays or changes in project scope.
• Budget Oversight: Assist in managing the project budget by monitoring expenditures, approving change orders, and addressing any financial issues that arise.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that could impact the project, including addressing unforeseen challenges and facilitating effective solutions.
• Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues that arise.

• 3+ years of experience in a construction superintendent role
• Experience running ground up projects valued at $5million +
• Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Ability to communicate with clients, project managers, and other team members
• Passion for construction
• Proven track record of successful project completion

• Strong base salary (110-130k) based on experience
