Responsibilities:
- Handle Level 3 IT Tickets from L1 and L2 Team
- Administer Microsoft environment including O365 products - Intune, MS Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD and on-prem AD (Hybrid), Azure Services, etc.
- Handle escalated tickets and executive/VP requests with a great bedside manner
- Work with 3rd party vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Document resolutions, processes, knowledgebase articles, project plans/road maps/deliverables, etc.
- Setup connections, manage end user/executive hardware & software
- Resolve tickets from L1 and L2 teams globally. Mentor junior staff members
- Setup Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Citrix VDI
- Setup numbers within MS Teams, setup conference rooms
- Resolve email and mail issues
- Enroll users in Intune
- Secure network against cyber threats
- Setup and engineer MFA solutions
Skills:
- 4+ Years of Escalated Support & White-Glove Service (Supporting Executives)
- M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, Intune (MDM)
- Azure Services (Entra, Virtual Desktop or AVD, etc.), Hybrid AD
- Vendor Management
- Professional/Polished, Natural Leader
- Citrix Virtual Desktop (or Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure is preferred) – VDI Services is a huge preference
- MFA
- Network Fundamentals, LAN/WAN, Shared Printers, Connectivity
- Endpoint Management/Deployments
