Paralegal

This role involves handling stock transactions communications and stock plan pre-approval process and assisting with calculating Board of Directors annual grants.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate governance documents, including board minutes, written consents, and resolutions.
• Coordinate effective entity management processes.
• Manage shareholder relations and facilitate effective communication.
• Handle stock transactions communications and oversee the stock plan pre-approval process.
• Assist with the calculation of Board of Directors annual grants.
• Use Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, Management System, and Microsoft Excel to perform job duties.
• Handle case management software to organize and track case progress.
• Perform billing functions and manage calendar.
• Administer claims and handle customer complaints.
• Conduct briefing sessions as needed. • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Case Management Software
