Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct weekly sales calls, including a mix of existing customer service and new business development.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Leverage CRM software to manage customer data, sales pipeline, and sales activities.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
- Utilize strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of successful outside sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the A&D industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
