HR Director – Manufacturing & Food Service Equipment
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead strategic human resources initiatives, drive organizational performance, and cultivate a high-performing workplace culture. This role will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that attract top talent, enhance employee engagement, and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and workforce planning to support business growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Foster a high-performance culture through recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market alignment and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies on hiring, terminations, benefits, and payroll.
- Champion a positive work environment aligned with company values and ethics.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, including direct team management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or food service equipment environment is a plus.
