We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to provide virtual therapy services in California. This is a full-time, remote position designed for those who want to make a difference in mental health care.

Job Highlights:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments to determine appropriate care.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Keep detailed and compliant documentation of treatment plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology).
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
• Comfortable with online therapy platforms.
