Warehouse Manager
Additionally, the Warehouse Manager is accountable for the accurate receipt of materials delivered to the warehouse.

Responsibilities- Supervise and manage warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities across receiving, transfers, dispatching, and order fulfillment departments.
- Assist in training staff on RF systems and operational procedures.
- Ensure timely material availability to minimize customer wait times.
- Provide customer support at the counter, including typing orders for material.
- Make pricing decisions as necessary and guide customers to the appropriate products.
- Receiving: Unload material from delivery trucks, verify quantities against the bill of lading, and ensure accuracy.
- Use RF gun to scan incoming material into inventory, date-stamp, initial, and file orders for management review.
- Order Fulfillment: Use RF gun to pull and organize orders, placing material in will call, counter, or dispatch areas for delivery.
- Verify the completeness of orders, especially large orders not fully captured by the RF system.
- Stock Replenishment: Manage down-stocking by using the RF gun to move material from storage to primary locations for order fulfillment.
- Serve as backup for Will Call department when needed.
- Operate forklift to unload material from delivery trucks.
- Provide supervisory leadership and ensure team adherence to warehouse procedures and safety standards.
