- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
Approximate hours are 10:40 am to 6:40 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week
Benefits & Scheduling:
- $20.00 hr / Bi-Weekly and UP
- 8 hour shifts plus OVERTIME are typical but not consistent
- 3 Day workweek (24 hours) is typical however you have the ability to receive additional days and hours.
- Expected daytime shifts only.
- A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break period

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
- Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Safely deliver packages to customers located in residential neighborhoods and schools
- Safely and coopertively engage with coworkers engage with coworkers, management and vendors/third-parties
- Safely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locatiions
- Carry out a set of instructions and handle company property without constant supervision
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis; maneuver packages weighing up to 70 lbs., using material handling euipment, or up to 300 lbs as a delivery team; get in out out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out and communicating with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (Which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
- Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
