The Production Associate will assist in coordinating the day-to-day production operations of the department, carrying out responsibilities such as daily production follow-up and approvals, and completing work as assigned by manager.
Responsibilities:
- Complete PO Updates/System Updates in SCM and communicate any New PO’s Issued/PO Revisions to Vendors.
- TOP Approvals-(Physical TOPS and Documents) Jewelry/Core Accessories
- Manage and update PRODUCTION STATUS REPORTS and follow up on submits/samples as needed
- Prepare and manage PP samples + TOPs
- Measure samples and organize in sample room
- PULL and prepare all samples for PP reviews
- Send PP + TOP comments to vendors via email and upload comments on SCM
- Communicate with Logistics/Vendors as needed to confirm on time delivery and make sure required documents are received and updated in MVE
- Run On time delivery reports for jewelry/core accessories and communicate Issues/changes to Manager and Buying Teams
- Weekly SA confirmation
- Additional Tasks As Needed
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred
- Must have 1-2 years of administrative and/or production experience; background in fashion is preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate with Supervisors and vendors on a regular basis (written and verbal)
- Must be organized in order to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

ADDITIONAL DATA
The salary range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
