This is a great time and role to join in, we just came off a strong quarter in Q4 (in the toughest time of the year) and are ready to move the needle on growth with this role!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sale of our real estate assets, ensuring optimal returns for our organization. This role requires a big drive for networking, relationship building, deal analysis, negotiation skills, market analysis, and relationship management and we already have a bunch of systems, processes, tools, and past examples to help you jump right in.

The Real Estate Disposition Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of the business, effectively executing multiple disposition channels

Compensation:

$95,000+

Responsibilities:

The short summary : Finding the ideal buyer for every deal, regardless the deal type in order to maximize margin per deal. This is where the money is!

Responsibilities:

  • Disposition Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies for the disposition of real estate assets, taking into consideration market conditions, property characteristics, and organizational goals.
  • Asset Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of each property to determine optimal pricing, marketing strategies, and potential buyers. Utilize market research, financial analysis, and property evaluations to inform decision-making.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Create and oversee marketing campaigns to promote properties for sale, including online listings and outreach to prospective investors.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Lead negotiations with potential buyers to secure favorable terms and maximize sales proceeds. Manage the sales process from initial offer to closing, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met. You'll work closely with our transaction manager to ensure an effective and timely paperwork process.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, investors, buyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the sale of properties. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and communications related to property dispositions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, asset management, or related roles. Past or current license preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and valuation methods.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools such as MailChimp, Dotloop, Go High Level, Docusign, and Investorlift.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be a self-starter. We're currently in a virtual work environment and need problem solvers who want to get stuff done!
