The One Medical team is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to work on industry leading tech for clinical care.

In our highly collaborative environment, not only will you be partnering with product development teams, but you’ll also be working with the healthcare providers who deliver care daily to One Medical members. You will work with teams that build products that both allow members to access convenient self-service and also connect members to our care teams.

In this role, you will:
  • Work with PMs, SDMs and SDEs to ship software products focused on the needs of our healthcare teams, enabling them to deliver world-class healthcare.
  • Partner with other leaders and stakeholders to develop organizational objectives, roadmaps, and planning cadence. Proactively manage potential issues to advance strategic initiatives and company goals.
  • Facilitate and take ownership for the highest impact, most critical, future-facing technology decisions around healthcare-provider-facing health apps. Drive department-wide consensus for the adoption of broad technology decisions (i.e. modularization, API-first design, deployment strategy). Use these initiatives to inspire engineers and drive business success.
  • Analyze the capacity and growth of technical systems across care-team-facing domains, defining key metrics and using these to drive behavior and incentives throughout your organization.

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
