Lead Java/J2EE Developer

We have an immediate need for a Lead hands-on Developer/Architect who is an expert coder with strong analytical skills and solid experience in the design, build and roll-out of Java and J2EE-based software products. The ideal candidate will have excellent OOD skills, deep knowledge of J2EE technologies, App Servers, and databases.
Requirements Lead projects by understanding business requirements and translate them into technical solutions by being part of the entire SDLC process Work with the team on receiving high level requirements to be broken down into stories and assigning work to the team.
Leads design, development of applications and deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Implement unit and integration test cases with industry standard test automation frameworks. Documents testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements.
Troubleshoot business and production issues, working alongside teams in agile environments. Identify technology solutions for enhancements or new initiatives. Document changes necessary to support business. Collaborate well with other team members, leadership, and business partners.
Requirements The Lead Java/J2EE Developer shall have: Ten (10) or more years of experience in Java/J2EE performing highly complex software engineering activities, concepts, and technologies. Familiarity with technologies like WebLogic, Business Objects, TomCat, Red Hat Enterprise Linux highly desired.
A bachelors degree required in engineering, computer science, information sciences, or related field or equivalent in experience. Experience working with Struts with Hibernate framework. Five (5) or more years working with RDBMS, Oracle DB, PL/SQL.
Three (3) or more years of experience Agile software development experience Three (3) or more years of experience with Atlassian Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence Hands on experience with web technologies JQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML. Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
