We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations Specialist. In this contract-to-hire position, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the efficiency and success of our logistics and supply chain operations.
This role is ideal for recent graduates with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will transition to a permanent position after the contract period, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipment logistics, including tracking inventory levels and managing incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment orders.
- Monitor and maintain supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis for inventory, vendor performance, and transportation metrics using Excel or other supply chain management tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to solve logistical challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Support warehouse operations by helping to manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and proper documentation of stock movements.
- Develop a strong understanding of key operational procedures, including procurement, distribution, and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor supply chain disruptions or escalations in coordination with more experienced team members.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn other systems or tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Desire to develop a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Previous internship or work experience in logistics or supply chain (preferred but not required).
