Recent Graduates - Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics

This role is ideal for recent graduates with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will transition to a permanent position after the contract period, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipment logistics, including tracking inventory levels and managing incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment orders.
• Monitor and maintain supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis for inventory, vendor performance, and transportation metrics using Excel or other supply chain management tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to solve logistical challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Support warehouse operations by helping to manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and proper documentation of stock movements.
• Develop a strong understanding of key operational procedures, including procurement, distribution, and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor supply chain disruptions or escalations in coordination with more experienced team members.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn other systems or tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Desire to develop a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Previous internship or work experience in logistics or supply chain (preferred but not required).
