About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC grinding equipment and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce standard products.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate manual machines as needed.
- Use standard inspection tools to verify product quality.
- Follow established quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
- Knowledge of common machining concepts and practices.
- Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and procedures.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
Responsible for setup and operating one type of computer numeric controlled production equipment to produce standard products. Must be able to setup and operate a CNC grinder.- Selects appropriate settings and adjusts necessary
- Operates manual machines as required
- Uses standard inspection tools (ring, plug, micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Preforms a defined list of tasks
- Follows established quality and safety standards
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
