Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide frontline HR support, assisting employees, managers, and new hires.✔ Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and employee file maintenance.
✔ Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems.
✔ Support HR projects and collaborate with team members across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.Administrative Skills: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PeopleSoft.
Customer Service Excellence: strong communication and organizational skills.
HR Background: Prior experience in Human Resources is a plus!
