We are in search of a Business Process Analyst to be a part of our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This role involves a significant amount of interaction with various business processes and requires familiarity with Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and monitoring customer accounts to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Utilizing Atlassian Jira for effective project management and coordination.
  • Leveraging CRM systems to maintain and improve customer relationships and interactions.
  • Conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and documentation.
  • Implementing AB Testing to improve business processes and customer experience.
  • Employing Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate project completion and team coordination.
  • Understanding and managing Business Process Functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining the Business Requirement Document to capture business needs and requirements.
  • Administering claims as part of customer service and support.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential for managing and tracking projects and issues.
  • Experience with CRM systems is required to manage customer relationships and data.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word for documentation and report generation.
  • Knowledge of AB Testing methods to optimize business processes and strategies.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.
  • Understanding of Business Process Functions and their integration within the organization.
  • Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide project development.
  • Experience in Claim Administration, specifically in processing and managing claims.
