Equipment Maintenance Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time / Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

Minimum Experience: Mid-level

This position will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide variety of fixed mechanical equipment and machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment by following the manufacture's recommended service intervals and company procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of regularly required replacement parts.
• Troubleshoot and repair any piece of machinery to ensure it works properly and is safe for employeesto use.
• Ensure that our equipment is in good condition and that it meets all safety standards
• Coordinate and communicate with outside sources for repairs
• Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
• Report incidents, accidents, or damage to equipment according to policy.
• Complete all paperwork associated with assignments, damage, repairs, and billing status.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
