We are seeking a Project Executive with several years of experience at the Project Executive level to join our growing Energy & Utility Construction team in the Northern New England Region. This position will primarily oversee multiple utility-focused projects ranging in size from $2M to $20M+ and will play a key role in managing a team while ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.They also have a large GC presence throughout New England!
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple utility projects within the region, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Lead a team of 3-6 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance, address challenges, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure safety and compliance on all projects.
- Participate in the strategic planning and growth of the utility division, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Executive in the construction or utility industry.
- Proven track record in successfully managing utility projects ranging from $2M to $20M+.
- Strong background in energy and utility construction, particularly in LNG/CNG systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Solid understanding of safety, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
