Staff Pharmacist

We are looking for full time and part time Pharmacists to provide high quality patient centered care services with a focus on quality measures. To supervise daily activities of support personnel. To promote cost-effective drug use and quality patient care.

To improve professional skills and knowledge. Perform all job functions in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  1. Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  2. Must hold a current Indiana license or hold a current license within another state and be licensed in Indiana within three (3) months of hire
  3. BLS required
  4. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
