We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is key to driving the growth of our business by creating and executing marketing strategies aimed at generating and retaining business. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B and digital marketing.As a Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with sales, business leaders, and our brand team to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing ROI through performance evaluation and data analysis.
- Mentor and manage a team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, while building relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry influencer
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, video, and other channels to drive business growth, lead generation, and brand exposure for all NFI business lines.
- Drive our Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy; developing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to inform strategy, refine le generation efforts, and optimize customer acquisition across various channels.
- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to scale and improve lead nurturing, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on campaign performance, ensuring budget optimization and growth results.
- Lead content creation (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, etc.) and ensure alignment with marketing strategies to nurture prospects and clients through the buyer journey.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies convert to qualified leads and closed deals, while driving business success through innovative growth marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate user behavior, test acquisition strategies, and stay informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in growth marketing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivale experience).
- Strong ability to analyze data and draw insights for decision-making and optimization. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels including paid search, SE email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and data analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns with varying timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally
- 10% Travel Required
