SK175 - Full-Time Jr. Butler - Key Biscayne, FL

Overview:

Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the kitchen – assist, ‘clean as you go’
• Dinner setting and service, informal and formal
• Capacity to bar tend informally formally at parties if needed
• Guest service – Greet guests, turn down service, entertainment of guests, etc.
• Manage caterers at events
• Light housekeeping as needed. The family does have 2 housekeepers but ask that this person makes sure the house is clean and orderly on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications:

• Trained in butler service
• Yacht Stew Training
• Has a strong hospitality back ground
• High quality
• Great personality – can mesh well with the family and guests
• Very proactive – take the initiative to see what needs to be done an do it
• Caring, respectful
• Takes pride in their work - gets the work done

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the hospitality world
• Understanding of table service and silver service
• Comfortable around older children and guests
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished demeanor and the ability to interact with high-profile individuals.
• Valid driver’s license – occasional light errands, car or golf cart provided if needed
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment, suitcases, etc
• No ego - able to step in and do what is needed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• US passport, Green Card or EAC
