Recruiting Assistant

You will also be responsible for managing pre-tests, tracking turnover rates, and time-to-permanent results.

• Facilitate the recruitment process for hourly employees
• Source potential candidates and meticulously review resumes
• Conduct pre-screening interviews over the phone
• Arrange interviews in conjunction with the Recruiting Manager
• Lead onsite tours for potential permanent employees
• Articulate production requirements to potential permanent employees
• Provide a warm welcome to applicants in person and over the phone
• Manage pre-tests for potential permanent employees
• Track turnover rates and time-to-permanent results
• Utilize technology to streamline recruitment processes, including ADP Workforce Now, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, and Background Checks

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in recruitment sourcing.
• Experience conducting phone screens.
• Ability to schedule interviews efficiently.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes.
