Job Description

Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Leading a team of engineers
Trouble shooting, design changes, supporting manufacturing processes
Improve processes to enhance product lifecycles
Ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain products and identify areas for improvement
Improve product reliability and performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals

The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical field
5-7 years of experience in sustaining engineering
Experience in electronics industry is preferred
Connectors experience
FMEA, GD&T, RCCA
Familiarity with highly regulated environments
