L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Systems Architect. This position will be performed in a state government environment. Duties include but are not limited to the following:-Oversee, manage and own the Solutions Architecture for client's systems.-Own and coordinate triaging for Sev 1 and 2 incidents impacting the client.-Own and coordinate triaging for on-call support incidents during Statewide Transportation Information and Coordination Center (STICC) Activation.-Facilitate communication and clear understanding of technical and business concepts and strategies among stakeholders (DOT, ITS, External Vendors).-Collaborate and partner closely with leaders from ITS for client's Data and Information Technology Management.-Guide and drive key technology strategies including ITS processes, value streams, and supporting technologies.-Guide and drive adoption of modern technologies that are critical to the core mission of the Agency.-Guide and drive technical collaboration with client, ITS, and external vendor teams in support of enterprise strategies.-Guide and drive technical alignment with ITS strategy and mission.-Guide and drive technical compliance with ITS standards, policies and procedures.-Review and approve the use of technology in client's solution proposals.

Collaborate on ITS and client procurement selections by participating in RFP, RFQ, and RFI review and evaluations.-Use a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and release/deployment.
