Pay:- $20
- $25/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday
- Friday 8am
- 5pm, could include weekend hours as neededJob Type: 5-month contractLocation: 100% onsite
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative duties including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, and documents for departmental use.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace
- Assist in onboarding processes for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions and preparing welcome materials.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry into HR systems.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews
