Job Description: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
• Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies with clients or internal teams.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work tasks.
