Primary Job Duties:

As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will:

  • Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence, Vacation, Company Business, and initial/yearly proficiency training
  • Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants when they return from Leave of Absence
  • Monthly audit of pilot and flight attendant schedules
  • Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training
  • Monitor pilot’s flight time and landings to stay in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Receive and respond to calls/chats/emails with crewmembers
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Self-motivated, team player
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly and positively
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally by telephone and in person with crewmembers, dispatch, and other office staff
  • Demonstrates stable work history with reliable attendance
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Physical and Other Requirements:

  • This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)
  • The schedule will be 4/10, Tu-Fri once fully trained
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
