Manufacturing Maintenance Manager
The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility. This role requires great leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal equipment uptime, minimize downtime, and improve overall plant efficiency.
salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities- Maintenance Supervision:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, assigning work orders, and conducting performance reviews.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, including:
- Production machinery (e.g., presses, conveyors, packaging machines)
- Material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes)
- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
