To provide hands-on Program/Project Management (PM) expertise and leadership on key Marsh initiatives and drive strategy forward; this team is typically assigned to moderate to large projects and programs that support key Company goals, objectives and strategy
To learn about various functions across the company, working with different business leaders and colleagues and to lead / manage initiatives with varying scope and complexity
To apply Program/Project management best practices in differentiating ways and with innovation to meet the evolving needs of our businesses and to align to evolving techniques and methodologies
To study and proactively seek knowledge/information on: (1) Marshs strategy and key business goals, (2) The Marsh program/project governance process, (3) Marsh PM tools, applications and best practices, (4) Marsh business and technology operations

We will count on you to:
Manage diverse programs/projects that vary in duration and size/complexity to deliver desired business outcomes, and to a high level of stakeholder satisfaction
Independently establish and implement fit for purpose governance and controls including structure, roles and responsibilities, approach, routines such as meeting and reporting cadence and decision making hierarchy
Think strategically and seek to understand business goals, objectives and committed benefits for initiatives and ensure deliverables are aligned to the strategy, and desired outcomes
Provide PM expertise and support to non-traditional activities, including supporting strategy activities and client programs
Lead and influence people and diverse teams in a matrix organization with multiple reporting lines
Establish trusted relationships and credibility with various stakeholders and leaders
Develop detailed, high-quality program/project plans including roadmap, timeline, resources, scope, schedule, assumptions, dependencies, etc.
Facilitate and identify risks and mitigation plans, ensure risks and issues are tracked and managed effectively and escalate as needed to program and business leaders
Develop and manage comprehensive Change Management and Benefits Realization plans to ensure successful delivery of change and realization of committed benefits
What you need to have:
University Degree, e.g. BA, MA, MBA
7+ years experience in program/ project management, working on large and complex solutions aligned to the strategic vision of the organization
Direct experience using different methodologies of project management frameworks and ability to self-start on assignments
Proven record of successful delivery of end-to-end programs and projects through all stages of project lifecycle and demonstrated stakeholder management skills
Highly strategic and collaborative work style, ability to work in a team-focused environment, yet must be able to work effectively independently

Reasonable understanding of Risk Management, Insurance, Operations, Advisory/Consulting
Agile experience and/or training/certification

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $95,300 to $203,300.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
