Salary: $240k-$270k + bons + additional incentives
About the Company: The leasing company is a finance-driven organization that values strategic thinking and the development and implementation of financial decisions that support long-term goals, ensure financial stability, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance department, overseeing all financial reporting, tax planning, and other projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives.
- Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, treasury management, and working capital to optimize financial resources.
- Ensure compliance with J-SOX, including the testing and documentation of internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license.
- Over 10 years of accounting experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and industry experience in finance leasing
- Extensive experience in managing global accounting operations across multiple countries.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial statement analysis, metrics, and reporting.
