Dealership Valet / Inventory Specialist

Ed Voyles Kia, a proud member of the Ed Voyles Automotive Group, is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We’re seeking a dedicated Lot Porter and Inventory Specialist to ensure our dealership operates smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lot Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly vehicle lot daily and throughout the day.
• Vehicle Addendums: Apply addendums to all new vehicles upon arrival to ensure proper documentation and preparation.
• Used Vehicle Reconditioning: Stage and prepare all used vehicles for the reconditioning process, updating each step in the online inventory tool.
• Inventory Management: Stock all new and used inventory into the dealership's key management system.
• Customer & Vehicle Shuttle: Provide shuttle services for customers and vehicles as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
